The Union Bethel Scholarship Committee provides financial assistance and motivates our church students to pursue higher education. The committee acts as a resource for exploring sources of funding. The 2024 Scholarship Application is now open!
To apply for a 2024 Union Bethel Scholarship, download the 2024 application, completed in full with all required documentation and submit by May 1, 2024 to the Scholarship Committee at:

Scholarship Ministry mission endeavors to:
- Inform, prepare and educate students and their parents about the financial challenges of higher education;
- Motivate our students to pursue higher education;
- Assist our students in obtaining existing scholarship funds; and
- Provide financial assistance to help defray the cost of higher education.
Eligibility: Students graduating from high school and who will be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or vocational school are eligible to apply for a scholarship. The student and/or his/her parents/guardian must be a member of Union Bethel A.M.E. Church, Randallstown, MD.
Funding Sources: The Scholarship Ministry relies on Investments, pledges, donations from various organizations, groups and individuals for the specific use of scholarship funding.
