The Season of Gratitude & Giving

For the month of November, 2025 The Union Bethel AME Church Good Samaritan Food Pantry is wrapping our community in warmth.

When you purchase a $2.75 reusable Community Bag at our selected Owings Mills, MD Giant Food store (Giant Food Owings Mills, 10210 Mill Run Circle, Owings Mills, MD 21117), $1.00 goes directly to the Good Samaritan Food Pantry organization. Together, we can help neighbors in need and make the season one of giving and gratitude.

Beginning Sunday, November 9, 2025 through Sunday, November 30, 2025 stop by the Good Samaritan Food Pantry table after the worship service to purchase a great Union Bethel custom-designed insulated tumbler and help raise funds for the Food Pantry.

• The funds raised will be used to purchase food for our members and neighbors! The tumblers are $20.00 each.
• The insulated tumbler capacity is 12 oz. and can handle both hot and cold items. The interior is stainless steel and it comes with a spill-proof sliding lid.
• After November, please go to the Food Pantry office at 8615 Church Lane, Randallstown, MD 21133 to secure your insulated tumblers. They will make great Christmas gifts!

Help protect your identity by shredding documents with personal and sensitive information at our upcoming FREE paper shredding event. The event, which will feature an on-site industrial paper shredder, will provide the opportunity for households to shred up to three bags or boxes of paper materials.

Not Accepted: 3-ring binders, CDs, DVDs, hard drives, data tapes, cassette or VHS tapes, expired medication, metal or sharp objects, no X-Rays, or home trash.

Note: Boxes will not be shredded – only the contents.

Union Bethel Food Pantry Food Giveaways are in partnership with the Maryland Food Bank. The Union Bethel Food Giveaway is a caring community of volunteers who serve our church families and community with free nutritious food. We are committed to providing food at no cost on the first Saturday of the month.

All are invited to bring family members to worship in-person and share together the last Service of Holy Communion of 2025. Then, join the Union Bethel Church Family for a Christmas Fellowship Reception following the close of the Worship Service.
