Greetings Family!
What an exciting time as we celebrate this Holy season of Advent. This is the season to experience the fulfillment of the promise of God. He has come to enter into your personal space. It’s in this season we get ready to experience again the story of God’s Messiah, Jesus – the Light of the World –who came to the people of Israel over two thousand years ago to rescue a world darkened by suffering, death and pain. Advent is also a time when we embrace the hope that Jesus will come again.  In the midst of the destruction, darkness and devastation of these times, take a moment to pause and reflect on the deliverance God has promised us through His Son. “And she shall bring forth a son; and thou shalt call his name JESUS; for it is he that shall save his people from their sins.” Let us be reminded of Emmanuel, our God who is with us and shines His light in the dark spaces of our lives to give us the assurance of His love for us all.

As you celebrate this season, allow the Savior to deliver you from the wounded places in your lives, demonstrate acts of kindness, be deliberate in making room for Jesus, declare the good news of the Christ child, and dare to make a difference in someone’s life.
May your advent season be filled with hope, peace, joy, and unconditional love as we continue to walk in God’s favor for our lives.
