Program Objective – A Virtual Program to Promote Physical and Spiritual Fitness

– Program Facilitator – Brother Russell Pompey
– Dates – April 14, 21, 28, May 5, 12 and 19
– Time – 7:00p.m. – 7:45 p.m.

Equipment (optional) Floor mat, 2-3 pound weights, exercise ball
All participants need a towel and WATER TO KEEP HYDRATED.

Diet and exercise are very important in reducing the chances of developing many serious health issues. Regular physical activity is one of the most important things that you can do for your health.

Over the past two years, many of us have reduced the amount of physical activity that we have been engaged in. Many of us work from home, sitting at our computers for hours on end. We have limited the amount of contact that we have with others in exercise clubs and gyms. Unfortunately, few of us have had the will power and determination to exercise alone.

At the end of the 6 weeks, we will have congregate walking in April and May. As a church community, we want to have healthy fun.

To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program. By performing these fitness exercises, you are performing them at your own risk. As with all exercise programs, please use common sense. If you experience faintness, dizziness, or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. Union Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, its Officers nor the fitness instructor(s) will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of your voluntary participation in this online fitness video/program.
